They say every great operation has a 'go-to' person, and in our shop, that’s me. While Boost and Fisty are at the block, I’m the engine behind the scenes—managing everything from the tedious paperwork and payroll to prepping meats for the smoker and sourcing supplies to building websites and designing T-Shirts.
But my most important role happens alongside the business: I’m a stay-at-home mom to our four children. Balancing the books and the prep work with the demands of a busy household means I’m always on the move. Whether I'm lending an extra hand at events or keeping the shop's gears turning from home, I’m proud to pour my heart into our family business and our community.
