With 6+ years of shop experience and a lifetime of processing his own wild game, "Boost" brings a hunter’s precision to every order. He truly is a cut above the rest.

With 4+ years of expertise, Willy is a notoriously quick and accurate cutter, he makes sure every job is done right and refuses to settle for "meaty-ocre" work.

Blake "Beefcake" Berry

An 8-year veteran of the trade, Blake is a high-speed wrapper who keeps the shop moving. Known for bestowing random knowledge on the crew, he always makes sure the team have plenty of "food for thought."

Jacob "J-Cub" Hustedde

J-Cub brings nearly 2 years of expertise to the shop, where he’s known as the best stuffer in the business. Between his precision and his singing, he’s always ready to "hog" the spotlight.

With a year of shop experience, Billy is our go-to for vacuum sealing those fan-favorite beef sticks at lightning speed. As the only girl on the crew, she definitely holds her own and ensures every package gets her official "seal" of approval.

An apprentice and absolute powerhouse, Julian has spent the last 6 months proving he’s the muscle of the operation. There’s a reason we call him a "Hooligan" on the floor—he’s always ready to use his "chops" to get the job done.
